How to Get StartedThe easiest way to get started in the Home Practice Program is to participate in one of the five Part 1 Core Curriculum classes (Types of Programs). A different Part 1 class is offered every month. After completing the Part 1 class of your choice, you can proceed at whatever pace you wish - gradually mastering one, several, or all of the 5 Ways that are the signature practices of Basic Mindfulness.
