Teachers

All Home Practice Program retreats are led by either Shinzen Young or facilitators trained by him. Check out their bios.

About Prerequisites

Each program description includes any prerequisites to participation based on the level of experience needed. These usually depend on the specific emphasis of a program.

In the context of prerequisites for a program, having "previous experience practicing" a technique means that you have practiced it before, either in a phone-based Core Curriculum class or on some other occasion such as an Onsite retreat, class or private session with Shinzen Young or one of his facilitators.

Recording the Programs

Please note that the retreats are recorded for archiving purposes ONLY. For various reasons (confidentiality, limited resources, etc.) these recordings ARE NOT made available to participants. At some time in the future, we MAY offer select guided meditations for separate purchase.
