If you are a current Home Retreat Program student and wish to register for retreats and pay by check, please fill out and submit the form below and mail a check payable to "01 Expert Systems" to the following address.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday before the weekend at 11:00 pm (Eastern) - Please understand that we will not accept late registrations. The Thursday and Friday before the 5 back-to-back programs are needed for administrative preparation.
Call-in information: Specific call-in numbers are usually emailed AFTER the deadline to registered participants. To send you the call-in information we must receive your check payment by the retreat deadline.
Redeeming a Voucher: If you are redeeming a credit voucher, please indicate in the message field the Voucher No. to be applied to your retreat fee.
